You talk to clients
Everyone on the team is in the room with the business owner. It is the fastest way to learn what a website is for, and it is why our work looks like the business rather than like a template.
Small projects, finished
A build runs four to six weeks. You will ship something real every month rather than spend a year on a platform that never launches.
Two languages, three markets
We work in English and Portuguese across the UK, Portugal and the Netherlands. You do not need both languages. You do need to care that a page reads properly in each.
Craft is the product
Accessibility, performance and typography are not a phase at the end. They are how we win work against agencies four times our size, so they are held to a standard here.
Remote, and honest about it
We are distributed across three countries and we write things down. There is one overlapping block of hours a day and no expectation that you are online outside yours.
We never ask what you earn now
Asking only carries somebody else's mistake forward into your next job. Ask us what a role pays whenever you like, including on the first call, and you get a straight answer rather than a range that moves.
How hiring works
Four steps, about two weeks end to end. We tell you where you stand after each one, whether the answer is yes or no.
- 01You send the form below. A CV and a few honest paragraphs are enough. No covering letter theatre.
- 02We read every application ourselves and reply within five working days, including the nos.
- 03A forty-minute call about what you have sold and what we sell. You speak to the person you would work with, not a recruiter.
- 04We agree your commission rate, put it in writing, and you start. No unpaid trial, and nothing to prepare.
We do not collect diversity monitoring data. With a team this small, any answer would identify the person who gave it.
You need the right to work in the United Kingdom. We cannot sponsor a visa, and you look after your own tax.
