Local SEO for small businesses that want to be found nearby.

For a local business, the map result often decides the call before anyone opens your website. We set up and tidy your Google Business Profile, make your site say where you work and what you do, and keep reviews coming in, within Google's rules.

Why nearby customers ring someone else.

  • The profile is half filled in

A wrong category, missing services and opening hours from two summers ago tell the customer nobody is minding the shop. Google reads the same signals.

  • The website never says where you work

A site that names no towns gives a search near you nothing to match. Your service areas belong in words, on pages people can read.

  • The reviews stopped

A profile whose newest review is a year old looks quiet, however good the older ones are.

  • Your details disagree

Your number on Google, Bing, Apple Maps and the directories should match your site. When it does not, customers ring the wrong line and search engines trust the listing less.

What the work covers.

The groundwork first, then a monthly routine that keeps it true.

  • Google Business Profile set up or tidied: categories, services, hours, photos and service areas
  • The same name, address and phone number on Bing Places, Apple Business Connect and the directories your trade uses
  • Location and service pages that read like a person wrote them, for the places you want work from
  • The technical basics: titles, structured data, sitemap and speed
  • A way to ask every customer for a review, within Google's rules, and replies to the ones that arrive
  • A plain monthly note on calls, direction requests and website visits from your profile

How the work runs.

  1. 01

    Audit

We look at your profile, your site and your listings the way a customer would, and write down what is wrong and what it costs you.

  2. 02

    Fix

Categories, services, hours, photos and service areas corrected, and the site's pages and structured data brought into line.

  3. 03

    Ask

A review request that goes to each customer after each job, with a link that opens the review form on your profile.

  4. 04

    Report

A short note each month: calls, direction requests and visits from the profile, and what we changed.

What it costs.

Monthly prices for a business in the United Kingdom, before VAT. Setting up a profile from scratch goes on a fixed quote.

Asked first.

Can you get me to the top of Google Maps?

Nobody can promise that, and a studio that does is guessing. Distance from the person searching counts for a lot, and nobody controls it. We get the rest right: the profile, the site, the reviews and the listings.

Do I need to show my home address?

No. If you go to your customers rather than them coming to you, Google lets you hide the address and list the areas you serve instead.

How do you get more reviews?

By asking every customer after every job, with a link that opens the review form. Google's rules forbid paying for reviews or asking only the happy customers, and we keep to them.

Do I still need a website if my Google profile is good?

The profile wins the call from people who have already decided. The website convinces the ones comparing you with two others, and Google reads it to work out what you do.

What does the monthly plan include?

Care Pro keeps your Google profile and local visibility current and reports on it each month, on top of hosting, daily backups, updates and small content changes.

Can I cancel?

Yes, with 30 days' notice, and the profile stays yours.

Let's put you on the map.
