Website maintenance, so the site stays off your to-do list.

A website is a thing you run. Prices change, staff leave, a plugin goes out of date at midnight. A care plan keeps the site online, backed up, updated and current, and gives you a named person to email.

What happens to a site nobody looks after.

  • Updates pile up

The software behind a site keeps changing. Skipped updates turn into security holes, and one day a form or a page stops working.

  • No backup when it matters

A bad update or a hacked form can take the site down. Without a recent backup, you pay to rebuild what you already paid for.

  • Small changes wait for big quotes

New prices, a new photo, a closed day at Christmas: ten minutes' work that sits for weeks because nobody wants to pay for a quote.

  • Nobody notices it is down

A site that falls over on a Saturday morning loses the weekend's enquiries, and you hear about it from a customer.

What each plan covers.

Three plans, each adding to the one before.

  • Basic: hosting looked after, daily backups, updates and monitoring
  • Plus: small content changes each month, and a priority reply
  • Pro: your Google profile and local visibility kept current, reported monthly
  • Security patches applied the week they land
  • A named person to email
  • An editor for the parts that change, where your build has one
  • A monthly note on traffic, enquiries and anything worth knowing

Looked after, month after month.

A site on one of our care plans, with figures from the client's own analytics.

  • The MMACA home page: the double-M monogram, a five-item menu, and a welcome headline above a get-started button.

What a month looks like.

  1. 01

    Each day

A backup taken and the site monitored, so a problem reaches us before your customers find it.

  2. 02

    Each week

Updates and security patches applied, then the site checked again.

  3. 03

    Each month

Your small changes made on Plus and Pro, and a short note on traffic and enquiries.

  4. 04

    When you need us

A named person to email, and a real response time.

What it costs.

Monthly prices for a business in the United Kingdom, before VAT. Hosting and domain fees pass through at cost.

  • Care plan, Plus

Plans bill monthly and cancel with 30 days' notice. No lock-in, no exit fee.

Asked first.

Do I need a care plan?

No. It is optional. Without one, the site still belongs to you, and you or another developer can look after it.

Can you look after a site someone else built?

Tell us what it runs on and who hosts it, and we will tell you whether we can take it on and what that would involve.

What counts as a small change?

The kind of edit that takes minutes: new prices, a photo, opening hours, a line of text. Bigger work gets a fixed quote first.

Are hosting and the domain included?

The plan covers looking after the hosting. The hosting company's own fee, from £5 a month, and the domain, from £10 a year, are billed at cost.

Can I cancel?

Yes, with 30 days' notice. The site, the content and the domain stay yours.

Hand the website over.

A twenty-minute call about your site and what it needs each month. You get a fixed price, and a straight answer if you do not need a plan at all.
